  • Work location: address and area/section
  • Work details:
    • Type of work: aerating, raking, fertilizing, salting, hedge trimming, seeding, litter pickup, sod installation, mowing, mulching, pest control, planting, plowing snow, pressure washing, storm cleanup, tree trimming, watering, weed control, weed eating, and an “Other” field
    • Work status: checkboxes for “Complete” or “Not complete”
    • Technician notes
  • Expenses: parts and materials (part number, quantity, amount, totals), labor (hours, rate, amount, totals), and a summary of totals (labor total, parts and materials total, other, tax, grand total)
  • Supervisor approval: name, signature, and date
